We have considerable experience in redress calculations, having analysed hundreds of pension schemes on behalf of insurance companies compensating those mis-sold personal pensions and free-standing Additional Voluntary Contribution policies.   In addition, we have provided expert evidence on a wide variety of cases and can advise on:

• Valuing pensions for divorce purposes.  We can advise on the equalisation of capital values or retirement income and also on the practicalities of offsetting.  In addition, we can include the impact of state benefits, which are sometimes overlooked.
  
  
• Compensation for loss of pension rights for employment tribunals.  The guidelines set have recently been cast into doubt following Griffin v Plymouth NHS Trust.
  
  
• Injury cases involving impairment of life.
  
  
• Calculating redress for cases of mis-selling including those involving directions by the Financial Services Ombudsman.
